Advanced Level, Project Management Professional

(PMP) Exam Preparation Course

Course Outline: This course has been uniquely designed to help students pass the PMP exam on the first attempt. This workshop is focused on project management terminology, knowledge, skills tools, techniques, 10 knowledge areas, 47 processes and 5 process groups as outlined in PMI’s “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge” (PMBOK® Guide) – Fifth Edition. The training provides you with the full 35 contact hours required to satisfy PMI’s education requirements (necessary to complete your PMP exam application).

Duration of the course: Four days (35 hours), faculty led live classroom training
